As long as the production requests do not amount to harassment or rise to become "unduly burdensome", you may make subsequent requests under rules of civil procedure.
This is particularly true where you production request is pointed and detailed (as your is), rather than a more broad "shotgun" request.
There's nothing to prevent you from requesting the information either through a second production of records or through an "interrogatory" (written question submitted to them that they must answer under oath).
