My late mother had interest in oil leases that she never sold.

Resolved Question:

My late mother had interest in oil leases that she never sold. The producing company has changed hands several time, but the leases are currently producing. Is the estate still entitled to receive royalties?

Since she owned the leases there is no reason that her estate should not be receiving royalties. You may have to file suit against the producing company. I suggest that you have an attorney contact them.
