TRUE CASE: VP from RBC didnt like testimony from my witness

Customer Question

TRUE CASE: VP from RBC didn't like testimony from my witness at a
FINRA arbitration. He calls witness's boss, wanting him fired, or at minimum, punished, or RBC won't sell Boss' products. Boss and co-Boss, pressured from RBC, tell witness he is restricted to never visiting RBC offices. I learn from D.A. last year, but too late to appeal.
1) Any civil avenues open?
2) I can't use it, but what criminal acts have 3 individuals and their respective companies committed?
