TexLawyer :

What were you convicted of and when?

Customer:

i have not been convicted yet , the judge said if i complete the d e j program he will dismiss it, a under the influance

TexLawyer :

A criminal conviction by itself is not enough to prevent you from getting your license or sitting for the bar. In order to be admitted, you will have to complete an Application for Determination of Moral Character. A conviction for public intoxication or DUI will not be enough to prevent you from getting a license.

Customer:

thank you for your time
