He can authorize her to sign paperwork for the children. Most of the problems that I see are between the mother and the new wife. You have to realize that she is going to be in the children's lives and to a certain extent is going to supplant you. That is just a fact. The better you can get along with her the better it is going to be for your children and also for you.
