A consent judgment is one that the parties have agreed upon rather than a ruling from the court. The only way to overturn it is to show that there was some type of fraud involved in obtaining the consent or that the judgment is so unconscionable that it shocks the conscience of the court. Both are very difficult to prove and also expensive. Good luck.
