IF the woman were to lose her job or be negatively impacted at all, she could sue you for any and all lost wages. The botXXXXX XXXXXne is that the employer had nothing to do with her personal affair, but you brought the employer into it by sending the email. In truth, the attorney did not have to contact you at all and could have proceeded with the suit against you. You really should take the warning to heart and not send anymore such messages.
