Customer Question

I am being sued by a debt collection attorneys office, and have received a "Motion to Compel Discovery". I have filed an answer for the initial filing, and have indicated that I have nothing to disclose (no documents, recordings, etc.). Am I missing something?

Thank you for the post, I am happy to assist you by answering your questions. The plaintiff is alleging that you do have assets that you are not disclosing. The motion is directed at requiring you to offer up evidence of your non-exempt assets. Please let me know if you need additional guidance.
