That is a definite possibility
as the arrest warrant is a federal one
on your entering, they should pick it up and arrest

How can I know for sure? They did not arrest me when I was granted a license 4 years ago. Plus, the lawyer I asked on this web site the other night said no, they will not know.
It is not possible to know for sure
it depends on the clerk you meet there
some many not alert the authorities
They can pick it up and report
So when they run my info the felony will come up from TX?
And its up to the clerk to decide whether or not to alert authorities?
That is right
I don't understand why the lawyer on this same site told me they don't have access to this info in Maine the other night
are you there?
It is not the same level of checking and diligence as the police or federal authorities would do
but even within the licensing department, such a warrant would usually pick up
it is not automatic, which is why arrest is not guaranteed.
