I live in Oregon. If I was added as a jtwros on an account

Resolved Question:

I live in Oregon. If I was added as a jtwros on an account and haven't invested any money into it would it trump a will in the case the other member deceased and the other person's sons are named as beneficiaries in a will?.

A JTWROS account passes outside of probate by operation of law. The will is of no effect.

Under Oregon law, Is the will of no effect even if it can be proved that i didn't deposit any money into the account?.
Expert:  lwpat replied 5 years ago.
It does not matter whether you deposited any money in the account or not. The entire account goes to the remaining party.
