Hello and welcome! If you have any other questions, please let me know or please click Accept.
Hello, I believe I already answered and asked you to call your mortgage company.
If your house went into foreclosure, then the mortgage company can auction your property for less than the mortgage
But I don't think that happened here.
I think you were evicted for not making your association dues.
In that case you still should have been served with court papers.
You need to call the association and possibly get an attorney to represent you.
Please press Accept.
