You need to call your mortgage company and see who the owner of your house is.

When your house goes up for auction after a foreclosure, it may be sold for less than what is owed so a new owner can buy it for less and not pay the whole mortgage and still be the owner of the Title so you need to call the mortgage company immediately to figure out what happened.
