Resolved Question:

I purchased a new motorcycle on Saturday 7/30/11, after getting home we decided it was not a good financial decision. I called the dealer and talked to the sales manager, he said they had just closed for the day and ended the books for the month and would not be back open till Tuesday 8/2/11 and he would talk to the regional manager and would let me know first thing if we can cancel the sale contract. Will I be able to get out of this contract legally and return the motorcycle. I live in Texas.

Thank you for allowing us to assist you with this problem.

The deal does not have to release you. There is no waiting period for such contracts. The contract became valid when you signed it. The dealer may release you from the contract but you can not force the termination.
