Welcome to JustAnswer and thank you for the opportunity to assist you. Please remember that there might be a delay between your follow up questions and my answers because I may be helping other clients or taking a break.

Are there custody orders in place at this time, or is this all informal?

its informal

Thank you.

Typically, if you instigated formal custody (and thus, formal support), you'd pay:

-a percentage of your monthly income, see here for an estimate:

-insurance for the child

-50% of anything not covered by insurance in medical costs

...and that is it. It is up to you to decide whether or not formal custody/support is better than what you have now.
