My som was 18 on December 7, 2010. He just graduated from High school. He is in the delayed intery program for the navy. He leave December 5, 2011. My son does not at this point work a full time job. Is it time for child support to be over? I thought he got it tell he was 19?

In the State of Missouri.
His support will be over. The only way for it to continue after age 18 is for him to be enrolled for 12 hours at a college or post secondary education like a technical school. If he is enrolled in college it will not terminate until 21.
Entry into the military results in automatic termination.
He doesn't start boot camp until december of this year. So he is not in the military at this point
I understand that he is not in the military yet. However, unless he is enrolled full time in college it terminates at 18 anyway.
