HelloCustomer

Unfortunately not. The regulation and discipling of attorneys is a matter of state law and not a matter of the Federal government. And any claim you would have for fraud or attorney malpractice would have to be brought in state court, not federal court.

Seniors are of course entitled to the social security benefits of their spouses. This offers a measure of financial security. You should contact your local social security office to receive survivor benefits.

What I really want to know, Has Federal Laws cover any wrong done to older people,
Or do they just pay Federal Taxes ???
Expert:  Thomas Swartz replied 5 years ago.
There are no direct federal laws protecting the elderly from the type of fraud you initially mentioned. There is something called the Older Americans Act of 1965, but this is basically a federal grants program to the states to provide money for social services. It does not address fraud. Since you are in Minnesota, you may want to try contacting the Minnesota Board on Aging. There may be able to help with specific legal problems.
