If a witness to a will is also a beneficiary, will the witness

Resolved Question:

If a witness to a will is also a beneficiary, will the witness not be able to inherit?

NJ law does not prohibit a witness from being an interested party:

3B:3-8. Will not invalidated if signed by interested witness. A will or any provision thereof is not invalid because the will is signed by an interested witness

What happens if the witness is also a executor of the will?
Expert:  Loren replied 5 years ago.
Does not invalidate the will. It still falls under the same statute.
