I put the same things in my answers but I elaborated from the court case. Is there any thing I need to add or modify to my answer?
Sorry for the delay, I was assisting another customer. You know your professor best, XXXXX XXXXX can't tell you whether you should add any additional information. The question only asks you to provide the eight factors from the case, which you did. I don't know whether or not your professor would want you to show how those factors relate to the case at hand or not, since they don't ask that information.
