Good evening. If you can show evidence that you actually purchased the property and when, then you can execute a deed effective as of the date of the purchase. To be legally effective, a deed needed only to have been executed and delivered; it need not have been recorded. The key will be the ability to show you actually bought and paid for the house when you did.
