State/Country relating to Question: Missouri
i have tried looking up class action law suits on the internet wo success. i believe my sister took our mothers money and neglected her when she was the care giver and mother died of blood poisoning
Hello, I am legal expert at Justanswer and I will be helping you with your question today.
You can check class action lawsuits filed with the county and Federal Court by name
settlements though are usually termed on Confidentiality with terms not publicly disclosed
This situation would not be a class action
as a class action concerns many unrelated plaintiffs with the same case
Consider instead having a lawyer on commission fee basis
who can investigate and pursue the lawsuit
