you did not answer my question about the frozen account. Also i am a little confuse about the insurance polices pass outside of the probate estate could you explain that to me in more details.
I'm sorry for the confusing but I did answer the question. Let me attempt to just focus on that one issue. You can not access the frozen account until you probate the estate because you lack legal authority until you produce an order from the court saying you have authority to access the account.
Regarding the insurance policy you may or may not be the named person to receive the money and you will not find out until you either provide a certified death certificate or probate letter from a judge.
