My question is, I won my small claims case and I was able to get her wages garnished, but she will be on maternity leave in about a month in half. I don't know if she will be continuing on getting a paycheck from her employer, if she signs up for state disability, can I collect from that. You know have the sheriff go to her bank account and withdraw money?

ok, I know that I can't garnish the disability check but can I have the sheriff go to her bank account and withdrawl money from her account once she deposits it?
If it gets in her account and she co-mingles it with other funds, you can attach the account itself.
