Resolved Question:

Is it a conflict of interest if there is one attorney for a bank and one attorney as a divorce lawyer for the wife of one of the board members. Both attorneys are with the same firm. The attorney for the bank does not talk to the board member for any reason.

No, this most likely is not a conflict of interest--unless the attorneys speak with one another about the cases, there is no legitimate conflict as the types of representation they provide is different, and they are in different departments.
