Resolved Question:

I worked for a company Sewell Plastics from June 1979 they were bought by constar Plastics in the 1980's.
I have two different documents for my retirement. One from Sewell Plastics stating at age 55
I could draw early retirement pay of $1,149.00 dollars a month(dated12/31/1989)
The document also states that at age 65 I would recieve $365.00 from the pension plan.
I also have documents from Constar(who bought Sewell Plastics)that say I also can draw early retirement from at age 60 years of $453.17 dollars(about half of what I would recieve if I waited till age 65).
My question is am I entitled to both plans Sewell Plastics and Constar? I lost my job with
this company (now called CKS Packaging Inc.) earlier this year after nearly 32 years.
Thanks for any help you might be in this matter.

Thank you for the post Charles, does the document from Constar state that it supersedes any prior pension offered by Sewell or any predecessor in interest?
