Is it possible to sue the state of North Carolina, DMV I lost

Resolved Question:

Is it possible to sue the state of North Carolina, DMV? I lost my license due to failure to appear, and was givin another ticket for driving while license revoked. I have purchased two cars in the last year without a drivers license. The state won't let me drive, but loves my money in taxes that I pay on the cars. I also have to pay to inspect the cars yearly.

Since you lost your license due to your own failure to appear the DMV is not at fault for your inability to drive. You can buy a car without having the ability to drive and it is not the state's fault nor the DMV's. You have no case.
