Can direct blood relative be excluded from ones will in Oregon? My Grandfather passed away and nobody notified my mother his daughter and me his grandson, My grandfathers niece was given every thing or so we are told.

Thank you for the post, yes a relative can be excluded from a will in Oregon. One is not automatically included in a will by virtue of being related.
