No Yes, Spokeo is a legal site, and you may view anyone else's accounts once they have made those accounts viewable, either to the public at large to accepted friends. The same goes for cellphone a nd text message tracking. However, if you are viewing accounts that have not been made accessible to you per se, and you are viewing individuals' cellphone and text messages which they themselves have not placed on the internet voluntarily, then that is illegal and you could be charged with criminal trespass.

what about veiwing messages that are said to be private on facebook ,some sites state you can see them,not sure about spokeo is this legal
