when their is one owner and the owner gets a salary and two others get split profits not considering the company getting nothing will theis constitute as embezzelment

It is not embezzelment. Embezzelment is the crime of taking money which has been entrusted to you for safe keeping and using it for yourself, knowing that it is not yours.


It does not appear that they committed the crime of embezzelment
