You need to file suit, rather than repossess the motorcycle which is only applicable under certain financing arrangements. You should contact legal aid services which will provide free or low cost legal representation. There is likely a listing on the internet for your city. If not, contact the local bar association and see if they can direct you to a legal aid office.
