I have a hippa violation,by the direct supervisor releasing my medical condition at a staff meeting.I was off work with the above condition, was told I had to apply for the American Disability Act,so I had to dicuss my medical history, once I questioned certain factors they said they made a mistake.I was told my surgery date was to be scheduled around the need of the dept. or I would have unexcused absences, and coould be fired, due to the policy.
