Hello,Is your divorce final yet?
no ive been working in louisiana to catch up all the bills and keep from losing things it was filed and standing order was signed by judge and ive paid my lawyer 2,500 and have to give him more money to continue which i plan to do next week.. but he hasnt abided by anything on the standing order
Hello,Thank you for that information. Since the divorce is not final and your husband is on the bank account, he could lawfully withdraw the money. Consider removing his name from the bank account and settling the withdrawal issue as part of the property settlement. If your husband is not abiding by a court order, your attorney can file a contempt charge.
ok but the question was about gettin the dumptruck
Sorry. As an owner of the dumptruck, you can take the truck for the job.
