Hi there:This is horrible, and as a parent, I am so sorry. Let me suggest that you take two courses of action: (1) contact the FBI to make a complaint about local law enforcement corruption; do not let them go until to speak with someone who can do something about what has happened. That will get their attention. The FBI's number can be found online or in the "blue" pages at the beginning of most phone books. (2) set a 30 minute appointment with a personal injury attorney in town who also handles family law matters about suing the police and the father.Let me know if more information is needed, and please remember to click "accept". Thank you.
