What is the statute of limitations for harassment in Pennsylvania, and may I now use charges of harassment instead of the previous charge of discrimination?

I appreciate your answer of 2 years, but you have not answered whether I may now take them back to court on the new charge of harassment even though the original charge was dicrimination. I believe I can due to the judge's dismissal without prejudice regarding the original discrimination charge. Now I intend on taking them back to county court on the new harassment charged, based on the original racial remarks made in April, 2008.
