If my lawsuit has already been heard in court But I really feel that the lawyer was the reason the case was lost, Do I have the right to go after that lawyer? and if so what is the time limit I have to do that?

If you feel the lawyer was not the best lawyer, that alone is not sufficient. However, if you believe the lawyer committed malpractice my missing filing dates, missing court appearances, ignoring significant facts or something along those lines then you may have a malpractice claim.
It appears you would have to commence your suit within 2 years.
