I have a unsecured low for $70,000, I find that I had lost over $300,000 in stock markets. I'm also unemployed and have no additional funds are collateral real estate, etc. I would like to know if I am legally bound to fill out the paperwork since the judgment has already been declared. Thank you very much

Hello,

If you were served with a court order to fill out the paperwork in aide of execution then you must do so. If there is not a court order, you do not need to fill out the forms until a court order is issued. You may want to consider bankruptcy
