I recently was married 09-09-09 prior to this there were other circumstances where I called off the engagement. I moved from my state of Indiana to New Jersery where the person I married resided. After 2 wks of marriage this person has been very cruel including very harsh to my 3 yr old son who is now 4. He seems to have mental issues he was very cruel to me mentally am a christian woman I don't condone divorce but, in this instance I have no other choice I would be unable to live a normal life do I have grounds for annulment?

Thanks for your question.You may well be able to file for annulment here and claim Fraud and misrepresentation.You woudl certainly be able to end the marriage.The court would hear your annulment and hopefully grant it .
