<p>Equity Member: one having voting rights and an en entitlement to a share of the profits</p><p> </p><p>Non-Equity Member: either one whom is a member is name only (no voting rights or equity) but for the sake of marketing and outward appearances is titled a partner. Generally, this designation is given to those whom have no ownership in the company.</p><p> </p><p>Significant Non-Equity Member: really no different than a non-equity member, just a better title. However, depending upon the orgnaziation, this person may have limited voting rights.</p>
