My husband was charged of molestation at the age of 14. Since the judge didn't find him guilty until the age of 15, it fell under measure 11. How can they keep measure 11 on his record if they charged him at the age of 14? Is there any way to seal his record? My husband is now 31yr. We are trying to find a place to live and because of his backround, we have been denied many many times. I appreciate any info on sealing his record or finding a place to live. We currently live in the state of Washington. thank you

Good Evening, Customer
Thank you for your question.
Oregon law provides that juvenile records are to remain sealed, so your husband should not be volunterring any information. If he has no convictions as an adult, he should notbe saying anything.

The following website has the forms you would need which are a Motion for Dismissl of Conviction, Affidavit in Support of Motion for Dismissal of Conviction and Order for Dismisal of Conviction:

The website below lists juvenile convictions which cannot be expunged and molestation is not among them. Unless the conviction was for any of the enumerated crimes, he would be able to expunge his record.
