This person says that I am in violation of California Civil Code Sections 43, 44, and 46, and California Code of Civil procedure, Section 527.6 (b), and San Francisco Municipal Code Article 2, Section 122 - simply by me telling him to leave my girlfriend alone due to a list of reasons (mainly that his interactions cause her a great deal of stress that affects her mental and physical health).

How much grounds does he have in pursuing legal action, and how much grounds do I have in pursuing a legal restraining order against him from me and my girlfriend?
