Good Evening,
Thank you for choosing JustAnswer, I will be glad to help you with your question
Your son can move out when he turns eightee (18) and you can have the child support terminated. You would file a "Petition to Terminate Child Support" based on his moving out of his mother's house and that she is no longer providing support for him, i.e., food, utilities, a roof over his head, telephone, etc.
You would file this in the Court having jurisdiction of this matter, the Court which entered the child support Order.
