I am sorry; your original question had a lot of typographical errors in it, and it was difficult to understand. Hopefully, this will address your question.

An eviction notice requires an order from the court. Once the order is given, the order is turned over to the local law enforcement who serves the actual eviction notice.

So does that mean an Notice of Vacate mean the same as an Eviction ? And if my stove came with a vent hood With it , can i take it with me if i replace it so there is no hole ?

A notice to vacate is not the same as an eviction. Giving a notice to vacate is the first step that needs to be taken before a court order to evict may be granted. Receiving a notice to vacate is not sufficient, by itself, to be evicted.
