My co-workers for whom I trained were paid at least 30k more than me with less education and experience in fact no college degree. Meetings were held without me and when the lead (white whom I also trained as well (makes six figures) was out of town never left me in charge but the individuals I trained (white). If he could not attend a meeting I was never chosen he always chose the white male or female. When I entered the room talk would cease. I was always sited by others to him outside my department as being a genus, excellelent worker, but I was always "out the loop" within the department. The lead move vital data and informed everyone except me. Everyone even knew I was being terminated except me. I requested a raise on 05/26/09 and was term on 06/08/09. After I was terminated my name was slandered. Equipment was missing and I was the person they tried "pin" it on but the equipment was check and was there when I walked out the door. This can be proved.

Hi there: I understand the circumstances, but I did not see the posted question. Could you please clarify your specific legal question?

I have epilisy and the morning of my terminination the lead spoke of seizures, salvation regarding his dog and even laughed (I never spoke of epilisy nor was my condition every a problem. I have not had a seizure in over 10 years. I was extremely unconformable and was forced to walk out of the office. Please help. I do not have money at this time but I am willing to work with a lawyer on a contingency fee.
I do understand, but I do not want to make any assumptions about what your needs are. Did you have a specific legal question? Or did you just want to know how strong your case is?
Yes, and I need a lawyer.
Hi there: I don't say this very often, but based on what you have said, it sounds like you probably have a pretty good case if you can prove anything that you said is true. I would definitely say to consider contacting an employment law attorney about filing suit immediately. I can't guarantee that any one attorney would be available or willing to take a case, but I would strongly recommend that you try using www.martindale.com to find an attorney that specializes in employment law in your area. Martindale is the tool that most attorneys use to find other attorneys when we handle matters outside our expertise. Let me know if I may be of further assistance, and please remember to click "accept". Thank you.
