Last night my wife and I attended a sminar put on by a Travel agency called Serenity Travel Club in Newark Delaware. We signed to join a program with Destination Vacations International (DVI). Well, you can put them on written notice that you are canceling the contract and want your money refunded. Be sure to keep a copy of the letter for your records.
