I think that my boss slept with one of the employees and she is using it to get her way. She is lazy and was going to be removed from one of our shifts, but she said she would make his life a living hell ( I guess by telling his wife), so she remained on shift. She then "accidentally hurt her back on duty ( even though she went to the chiropractor the day before she hurt her back) we are paid disability up to 70% and she has currently been off for 11 weeks and we r paid disability by the hours we worked prior to injury but she was not aquiring many hours but is surviving this long. I smell something fishy

Im trying to figure if there is anything I can do to get the company straightened out...legally? I hate the fact that my company takes part in paying off people to keep their mouth shut or so it seems. I want to know if there is an agency out there that could investigate to see if there is something fishy going on.
THEIR IS NO CRIMINAL VIOLATION OCCURRING SO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES WILL NOT CARE, HOWEVER,IF IT IS A CORPORATION, THE SHAREHOLDERS ASIDE FROM THE BOSS WILL CARE, AND CLEARLY INVESTIGATE THE ISSUE. YOU WILL HAVE TO SEE IF HE HAS ANY PARTNERS OR SHARELHOLDERS TO HIS CORP. ALSO CONSIDER WRITING AN UNSIGNED LETTER TO HR, STATING THE ISSUE AND THAT POOR MORALE AMONG EMPLOYEES AND A BAD WORK ENVIRONMENT HAS BEEN CREATED BY THE BOSSES ACTIONS.
Since this is a private company would your advice stay the same?
PRIVATE OR PUBLIC AS LONG AS IT IS A CORPORATION IT WILL HAVE SHAREHOLDERS, THE TROUBLE MAY BE FINDING OUT WHO THEY ARE.
