The business had opened in 1986 which I had been an employee from day one. In 1994 I purchased business, building, and property. The building had been completely renovated and passed city codes. In 2006 I had installed a new security system. A few months later the fire alarm went off (NO FIRE!!) and city cheif came to inspect...at that time he informed me that I would need to meet new codes. That was fine UNTILhe decided he didn't want the job so he sent me to the State of Minnesota. went to City to complain everyone agreed with me that should of stayed in city. To keep my doors open had to make aMAJOR overhaul. I am a retail store but meet codes for a hopitalI didn't have the financies to do this so I used alot of my credit cards. It has all come to bit me in the butt Three weeks ago my building and property were apraised at $460,000.00. My bank loan is $245,000.00 income monthly is $8500.00.Credit score poor because of cards. Need help now or I will lose everything

Thanks for your question. You may want to try and modify loan. Not sure if that would help you save business but it would be worth trying to me.To me you may also want to consider marketing this and cashing out.As you indicate there is some equity from a sale here. If you have more information here or follow up questions please let me know..
how do i modify my loan? So what you are sort of telling me is even with aroound $200,000.00 investment in property I might not have a chance in getting a loan
Oh I think that you should contact lender here and try to refinance all of this instead of credit cards. You might get all at lower rate.It sure wouldn't hurt to try here and lower rate.I think if you are agreeing to pay off the cars you have a good chance with lender here to do so.Try another lender here and make sure to explain you want loan to pay off some of credit cards and lower your debtRayAnswers40068.7358893519
