State/Country relating to Question: Florida Already Tried: nothing

He can list you as a creditor because he owes you money by order of court. However, a domestic support obligation is a non-dischargeable debt (11 U.S.C. sec. 523(a)(5)), so even if he gets a discharge in bankruptcy, he will still be responsible for paying you.

________________

If my answer was helpful, please click the green accept button. Do i need to do any thing?
You shouldn't have to, although you might contact the attorney who has helped you in the past to determine whether it is appropriate to file a proof of claim in the bankruptcy proceeding. It would not be a bad idea to do so to ensure you interest is adequately protected.
