Hi my name is XXXXX XXXXX X mirred my wife for almost 4 years I never bad her I never cheating on her what ever she ask me for somthing I get it for her every thing in my house even my cars I puy for evrey thing from my money so in july 2009 I find out that my wife she cheating on me but she never told me and wen I ask her about it she said yea is right I love him and I love u I said no I don't like that so I get so upset when I find it now I wanna to diveorcid her and wanna her cuz she had sex with him and she told me that she love him so much !! So what about me MR judge I have my car in her name but I am the co singer but I drive the car all my life and the car for me and I have so many stuff for meee ... so I am so scared that maybe take all my stuff but is not for her and I want my car I do payment every month from my money and this my car and even my cradit cards in my name she alwes use it and she never pay the bills she make my cradit so poor even my life so plz MR judge help me.

Hey thank u so much that u rebly to mee and thank u so much that u will help me ... no one live at the house and she some time comin to the house like 2 times a week but I never home I just goin home to sleep and I wake up to go work .. and yes she have 2 jobs .. and we don't have a children we not had have a children .. thank u so much
Do not worry, the divorce laws of New Jersey would not allow your wife to take everything and run away.
New Jersey is in the group of states which follow equitable distribution rules in divorce. This means that when you are divorced, the maital property will be divided between the two of you through equitable distribution.
1. "Marital property" is any property you and your wife acquired or bought during the
marriage. Marital Property does not include anything you or your wife acquired
by gift or inheritance;
2. Equitable distribution does not mean equal; the division of marital property starts
50-50, but many factors are considered and sometimes the division is 60%-40%,
sometimes 55%-45%; if the Court decides that you need more ofthe property it
has the power to give you the greater percentage when it divides the Marital
Property;
3. You would probably not have to pay alimony to your wife - the marriage lasted only
4 years, she has 2 jobs and she is probably young.
The Court consider many factors in deciding alimony; here, the Court would say
the marriage was too short, the wife has 2 jobs and has the ability to take care of
herself and she is financially indepedent. Additionally, she is young and certainly
able to work and should not be dependent on you for support.

Hi thank u for ur answer .. 1. but how I wanna fix my cradit after divorec and I like my cradit to be good .. 2..when i mirred my wife I ask her u will still with me for ever she said yes and she help me for to get a resdint card in united state and I will to be a citizen soon be4. And then she cheatin on me and had sex with some man who she love him so now if I go to court for her to complate about her that she cheating on me .. and I am so scared that maybe she will give me problem about my resdint card or my citizen ship ... what I have to do about that .. plz help mee
