An aquaintance maliciously informed DCFS that my grandchildren were being neglected. A representative of that office questioned my daughter today about the allegations. Frankly, the aquaintance has manipulated many situations, so that my daughter and I would care for her son. When the aquaintance and I came to words over the manipulations during a telephone conversation, she used profanity concerning my grandson and me. I really thought that was the end of the situtation, until she involved DCFS today. Do I have any recourse? Thank you for your time and consideration. FIRST MAKE SURE THE DCFS CLOSES THE INVESTIGATION AND NO FINDINGS ARE MADE, AFTER THE CASE IS CLOSED SUE HER IN CIVIL COURT FOR DEFAMATION AND IF SHE DOES THIS AGAIN MAKE SURE THE POLICE AND DCFS ARE AWARE YOU ARE SUING HER AND SHE HAS MADE FALS CLAIMS AGAINST YOU
