During this holidays I was stunned by his actions, when he gives me temporary permit for the parking spot #450 and at the same time gave the sticker just came in lady, when more than seven months I am waiting the resolving my parking spot #450 problem. I spent much time in the office and wrote many letters but no answer. During this holidays they tried to evacuate my car with parking permit on my car till September 26 2009. And then in 2004 Apt.#1205 with parking space #18 was sold to Mr. Horousyh (the proof letter included. Apartment #1803 with parking space #450 was sold to Mr. Luis Marques in 2003, who sold me this apartment with assigned parking space #450. (Condominium Rider to contract is included). You have already the decision of the court that proves honestly been switched parking spots are legal. I have provided all documentation, lost by you, and letter from the lawyer seven months ago. I have sent certified letters to Recreation Association Incorporation and to you Mr. President, but no answer for my letters, no explanation. We were absolutely sure that you are waiting for the decision of the court, but we were wrong to believe you Mr. President. I spent lots of time receiving temporary permission on my parking space #450 in your office but just move in lady has received my parking spot for a moment with a permanent sticker. Please will you be so kind to explain us legally where is the truth, and how I could park my car in any other spot without permit. Why do you lie us, telling the story with illegal stickers? You always use the words honest and transparent. Please, give us legal explanation of your actions, when you give me temporary permit and at the same time sticker, which you told us, was illegal and you call evacuator for my car to be towed away. Answer: I suggest that you hire a local real estate attorney to write a letter to the Board. If this doesn't have the desired effect, you will have to sue.
There are so many problems with HOA's and some dictators like this.
