If the whole promissory note is a fax it could just be a copy as long as the original is held by the owner of the note. If its supposed to be an original with a faxed signature, without special permission by the note holder who accepted it then no, no matter what state you are in it is not an original or acceptable as an original.Thank you very much for having allowed me to assist you.
